UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, (UNFCCC) the Kyoto Protocol, Paris Agreement and the Ozone layer convention are the most important instruments are made in climate change commitments system. The most important commitment of governments is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions The Corona virus crisis has had a direct impact on greenhouse gas emissions. COVID-19 have a significant impact on the set of obligations of states and measures of climate change. The key question is whether this situation will affect the commitments of States to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The basic presumption of this paper is based on that if such a situation continues, international climate change law will need to be adapted with the post-corona era of international environmental law.
