In this case, while examining various aspects of the questions raised by the United Nations General Assembly, the Court took up another lasting precedent on various issues of international law, including the status of the right to self-determination, the concept of occupation, and the consequences of prolonged occupation. Even in some passages of the Court’s decision, there have been references to Israel’s violation of the rule prohibiting apartheid which is considered one of the important contributions of the Court. Along the same lines, various other issues have been raised in this Advisory Opinion through the raising of general questions by the Assembly, each of which requires a separate examination. In this article, we will review the most important findings and contributions of the Court in the Palestine Advisory Opinion 2024. نظر مشورتی 19 جولای 2024 دیوان بین‌المللی بین‌المللی دادگستری در قضیه «پیامدهای حقوقی ناشی از سیاست‌ها و عملکرد اسرائیل در سرزمین‌های اشغالی فلسطین از جمله بیت‌المقدس شرقی» گویای تلاش‌های جامعه حقوقی بین‌المللی برای پایان دادن به رویکرد و اقدامات متخلفانه‌ای است که اسرائیل در طول چند دهه در سرزمین‌های اشغالی فلسطین در پیش گرفته است. دیوان در این قضیه ضمن بررسی ابعاد مختلف سوالات مطرح شده از سوی مجمع عمومی سازمان ملل متحد، رویه ماندگار دیگری در خصوص موضوعات مختلف حقوق بین‌الملل از جمله جایگاه حق تعیین سرنوشت، مفهوم اشغال و پیامدهای اشغال طولانی مدت برجای گذارد. حتی در فرازهایی از تصمیم دیوان به نقض قاعده منع آپارتاید از سوی اسرائیل اشاراتی صورت گرفته است که در نوع خود جالب توجه است و یکی از آورده‌های مهم دیوان قلمداد می‌گردد. در همین مسیر موضوعات مختلف دیگری در این نظریه به واسطه طرح پرسش‌های عام و کلی از سوی مجمع، مطرح شده است که هریک مجال بررسی مجزای دیگر را مط‌طلبد. در این نوشتار مروری بر مهم‌ترین یافته‌ها و آورده‌های دیوان در نظر مشورتی فلسطین 2024 خواهیم داشت. http://www.iruns.ir/article_231376_89ada548b3db0474069a6f3fbadd632e.pdf
