These restrictions included activities pertained to ballistic missiles, restrictions related to the transfer of items related to the Missile Technology Control Regime, and blocking of the assets of the individuals listed in the resolution. Before that, on 18 October 2020, the restrictions on conventional weapons and the transfer of individuals listed in the resolution had lifted. According to the agreement of the parties in the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) and the approval of the members of the Security Council in Resolution 2231, Iran's nuclear sanctions and restrictions were supposed to be gradually terminated on a determined timetable. Based on this schedule, Iran's nuclear situation in the Security Council will terminate in 2025. This article is a look at the different dimensions of lifting the restrictions and sanctions listed in paragraphs 3, 4 and some of the provisions of paragraph 6 of the second annex of Resolution 2231 and taking into consideration the importance of ending the Iran's nuclear issue in the Security Council, which is not a long way until then. در تاریخ 18 اکتبر 2023 دور دوم محدودیت‌ها و تحریم‌های زمان‌دار ایران در قطعنامه 2231 شورای امنیت به پایان رسید. این تحریم‌ها عبارت بودند از فعالیت‌های مربوط به موشک‌های بالستیک، محدودیت‌های مربوط به انتقال اقلام مربوط به رژیم کنترل فن‌آوری موشکی و انسداد اموال افراد مندرج در قطعنامه. پیش از آن در 18 اکتبر 2020 محدودیت‌‌های مربوط به تسلیحات متعارف و جابه‌جایی افراد مندرج در قطعنامه به پایان رسیده بود. بر اساس، توافق طرفین در برنامه جامع اقدام مشترک (برجام) و مصوبه اعضای شورای امنیت در قطعنامه 2231 قرار بود طی یک زمان‌بندی، تحریم‌ها و محدودیت‌های هسته‌ای ایران به مرور خاتمه یابند. بر اساس همین زمان‌بندی پرونده هسته‌ای ایران در شورای امنیت در سال 2025 به پایان خواهد رسید. نوشتار حاضر نگاهی است به ابعاد مختلف اتمام محدودیت‌ها و تحریم‌های مندرج در بندهای 3، 4 و برخی از مفاد بند 6 پیوست دوم قطعنامه 2231 و توجه دادن به اهمیت اتمام موضوع ایران در شورای امنیت که راه درازی تا آن زمان باقی نمانده است. http://www.iruns.ir/article_191010_a985b23dd1159ffb74b53019569d3331.pdf
